The successful candidate will be joining a strong and supportive team, with high corporate visibility and opportunities to work across departmental functions. The just-departed previous postholder has taken an appointment with a national agency, and I expect that you are similarly ambitious. Any commitments you have to further education or professional development will be supported, and I encourage senior managers to seek this in a wide variety of ways.
